**Sales Consultant – Wholesale Plumbing Showroom**

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused **Full-Time/Part-Time Sales Consultant** to join our showroom team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with plumbers, homeowners, contractors and designers in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist customers in the showroom

* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries

* Guide clients through plumbing fixture selections (faucets, sinks, tubs, toilets, etc.)

* Prepare accurate quotes and enter orders

* Coordinate ordering, receiving, and delivery of products

* Communicate with vendors and internal team members regarding product availability and lead times

* Follow up on customer inquiries and outstanding quotes

* Maintain showroom displays and product literature

Qualifications:

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Effective time management with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

* Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and analytical skills

* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

* Comfortable learning product specifications and technical details

* Proficient with computers and basic office software (social media proficiency a plus)

* Sales experience preferred (showroom, plumbing or construction industry experience a plus)
